This first glimpse of director Tarsem Singh’s fantasy epic is an exciting two minutes. Star Henry Cavill recently made news with the announcement that he will be the new Superman in the upcoming reboot. However from the looks of this trailer ‘Immortals’ might be the flick that makes this guy a household name ala Gerard Butler. Merging ‘300’, ‘Clash of the Titans’ and a little ‘Troy’ they may have concocted a film so outlandishly entertaining that it spawns a franchise. Premiers on the marketing friendly date of 11/11/11.
